I want to speak a little about companies and corporations, and who they are. They have lots of fancy names, Inc. LLC, so on and so forth. They try and make you think, that the company or corporation is somebody. (But it’s not) A lot of this is design by lawyers, to make sure they get a cut.
But who are they? They are us. Think about it for more than thirty seconds. They are us. They are only as good as we are. Think about that. If you work for ‘whoever,’ you should do your best, and delivery what is ask, so your company shines, and the customers continue to support you.
As I have said, many of our companies and corporations suffer ‘The Bean Counters Curse,’ (https://thebiggalootfrom.blogspot.com/2026/09/curse-of-bean-counters.html ) Company’s like McDonald's, Wendy’s, GM, Ford, so many. They have grown stagnate and top heavy, and focused on the bottom line. Which is wrong.
Another reason these companies are stagnate, is the number of parasites that attach themselves to these companies. People with their hands outs, showering the committee with guilt. Communities who think they are owed simply because the company is there. Then there is the unions who do nothing more these days than drive up wages & prices, to no avail, except to inflate the money.
The people who built these companies where not focused on the bottom line. People like Henry Ford, Barney Kroger, Sears, Roebuck, Montgomery Ward and the like believed what my father taught us, ‘you do your job and you do it well and any profit incurred is just reward. And that’s just what they did, and they were rewarded.
Remember what I said, the company is along for the ride. When the head honcho gives it up, the idea and drive die with him, but because they left behind a huge money making machine, there tends to be a committee formed to take his place. And as I have said, Committees focus on the bottom line, and have no ideas and no guts.
God made different kinds of people, now we are all equal in his eyes, that is to say we have value, to him (God.) But he did not make us, the people, the individual, the same. He made a few of us, kings, he made a few of us really good at math, some of us he made builders, some of us weavers, some of us managers, but most of us are workers, and some of us idea men, and then there is the poor, he said they will always be with you. If you are a worker, be satisfied, if you’re the idea man, or manager, remember a worker is worth his wages, pay him what he’s worth.
But my point here is, the country is stagnating, we are over regulated, top heavy with suits, who do no more than push paper, too many lawyers running about wanting to sue you, for whatever.
But… the swamp is draining, keep it draining and opportunities will appear & multiply. What I’m saying is build something. Compete with the old stagnate companies. Trump speaks of a golden era. Well he can’t do it by himself, build something, do your job better, if you’re a lawyer, try something else. If you’re a politician, shut up and go home. Ignore the tar babies and build a golden age.
This country was built by men, plain ole men doing things for their neighbor. Look around, what can You do?
You idea men out there, and I know you’re there, had an idea cooking for years, get yourself a company and cook it up.
Sooo…… If you’re an idea man, get with it. If you work for a company or corporation, then set out to make it the best. If you see something swampy, drain it.
Remember our Constitution, remember the authority behind it, and do these things with God in mind. And he will be your shield. If you really want to make America great again, then return to God and Country (The Constitution.)
