My Fellow Patriots,




My fellow patriots,
I think we have reached a point where the game has changed. We are so tangled in the tar baby we are failing to see the truth. We are no longer a political movement, we are enemies of the state. We are the problem… The question is…? Are we Christians? Because that’s what it’s going to come down to. Are you a Christian? For I assure you, we live in Biblical times.
I fail to see why you are timid… Does not Christ stand before you, sword drawn in your defense…? Where is your sword? Is it not sharp? Is it not tempered? Are you not ready for battle? (In the 1660’s, an Englishman caught with a failed pistol was subject to forty lashes). It’s your responsibility to keep your sword sharp and your gun loaded and yourself ready for battle.
Again… Why are you timid? If you take an honest look at the evidence presented… It all points to God… to Christ. All the sciences point to a creation. Geology, Biology (including DNA research), Astronomy, Cosmology and even Quantum Physics. Even genealogy leads us to Mount Ararat and a hand full of people.  
The second law of Thermo-dynamics dictates a creation. Educate yourselves, sharpen your sword, temper the steel, and prepare for battle, for the enemy lurks just over the hill. 
The only thing that will save America now… Is a full blown revival. As was in the 1830's, when the Bible became widely read in this country. Instead of trying to sell your own damn book, trying to have your own say… Promote the Bible, read the Bible…

Might I suggest…. You read it like a novel… accept the premise laid out in chapter one, for indeed it is a story, with a beginning, a middle and an end. It is a story of triumph and despair, of sex and barbarism, of being lost… and being save.
If you like Science Fiction… you’ll like the Bible… If you like Fantasy…you’ll like the Bible… If you like Murder and Mayhem…you’ll like the Bible…and we Christians know it’s all true…
So… if you are indeed Christians, might I suggest, turning off your television, put down your Twitter and Facebook, and come out from your air-conditioned homes and churches, and into the streets, make yourselves known to one another, Baptists and Catholics, Episcopalians and Lutherans, if we are Christian, let us gather and know one another. But above all, make yourself known to God. Let the world know…you are not ashamed of the Almighty…  For a man must be diligent in watching the walls of his house, lest a strong man comes in the night and carries it all away.
Within the tar-baby, you’re thinking the strong man’s in Washington… He’s not, he’s right outside your walls… Realize… there is no reason, you are wrestling a tar-baby, barking dawgs don’t bite. That’s why they keep you barking…
If you strip away the details… Then you know what I say is true… Remember, ‘the devil is in the details’… and the Emperor is Naked as a Jay-Bird, and Bier Rabbit is tangled in the Tar-Baby, and Bier Fox and Bier Bear are fixing to eat him up.
Wake up, free yourselves of the Tar-Baby, expose the naked Emperor and scatter the Fox and Bear. Uncle Remus was a wise old feller.
Reflect on your parents and grandparents, for this is what I am doing, and seeing things as they are. And not as I am being told.
When I was a young feller, about twenty, I asked my father about church, and did he really believe all that stuff… cause none of it makes any sense with what they’re teaching in the schools… (?) and he said… “I hope you live long enough son… cause you’ll find it’s the only thing that does makes sense.” And damned if I didn’t live long enough, and damned if he wasn’t right. It is indeed, the only thing that makes any sense. And now… if you look hard enough… you’ll find the sciences are all telling us the same thing. It happened, just like the Bible says. Facts are facts, they don't admit it, they haven't in years....But facts are facts.

The Privateer


From the book
The Legend of Captain Outrageous

I must go down to the dock today, and watch the ship come in.
For its not just any ship, it’s the one which calls us friend.
He will bring us gold and bring us silver, and treasures from the east.
And for our Outrageous Captain, we will have to have a feast.

There will be a crowd at the dock today, to watch the ship come in.
There will be singing and dancing and merriment, and all will call him friend.
They will speak of the voyage and the dangers incurred and the crew which has no fear,
And they will speak in awe, of their Outrageous Captain, the famous privateer.

He will tell us stories of the pirates, and all the guts he spilled,
And he will speak of the Spanish ships he sacked, and all of those he killed.
He will speak of the heavy weather and how it tossed the ship about,
And the bravery of his crew, even the ones who got the gout.

He spends his gold and prepares his ship to make for the sea again,
For he knows his duty is to serve his King, and those who call him friend.
And when he goes among the ladies, you won’t find an eye without a tear,
For they all love their Outrageous Captain.  The Famous Privateer.

Declaration of Independence


IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Self defense in the United Kingdom

You're sound asleep when you hear a thump outside your bedroom door.
Half-awake, and nearly paralyzed with fear, you hear muffled whispers.
At least two people have broken into your house and are moving your way.
With your heart pumping, you reach down beside your
bed and pick up your shotgun.
You rack a shell into the chamber, then inch toward the door and open it.
In the darkness, you make out two shadows.
One holds something that looks like a crowbar.
When the intruder brandishes it as if to strike, you
raise the shotgun and fire.
The blast knocks both thugs to the floor.
One writhes and screams while the second man crawls
to the front door and lurches outside.
As you pick up the telephone to call police, you know you're in trouble.
In your country, most guns were outlawed years before, and
the few that are privately owned are so
stringently regulated as to make them useless..
Yours was never registered.
Police arrive and inform you that the second burglar has died.
They arrest you for First Degree Murder and Illegal Possession of a Firearm.
When you talk to your attorney, he tells you not to worry: authorities
will probably plea the case down to manslaughter.
"What kind of sentence will I get?" you ask.
"Only ten-to-twelve years," he replies, as if that's nothing.
"Behave yourself, and you'll be out in seven."
The next day, the shooting is the lead story in the local newspaper.
Somehow, you're portrayed as an eccentric vigilante while the two
men you shot are represented as choirboys.
Their friends and relatives can't find an unkind word to say about them..
Buried deep down in the article, authorities acknowledge that both
"victims" have been arrested numerous times.
But the next day's headline says it all:
"Lovable Rogue Son Didn't Deserve to Die."
The thieves have been transformed from career criminals into
Robin Hood-type pranksters..
As the days wear on, the story takes wings.
The national media picks it up, then the international media.
The surviving burglar has become a folk hero.
Your attorney says the thief is preparing to sue you, and he'll probably win.
The media publishes reports that your home has been burglarized
several times in the past and that you've been critical of local police for
their lack of effort in apprehending the suspects.
After the last break-in, you told your neighbor that you would be prepared next time.
The District Attorney uses this to allege that you were lying in wait for the burglars.
A few months later, you go to trial.
The charges haven't been reduced, as your lawyer had so confidently predicted.
When you take the stand, your anger at the injustice of it all works against you..
Prosecutors paint a picture of you as a mean, vengeful man.
It doesn't take long for the jury to convict you of all charges.
The judge sentences you to life in prison.
This case really happened.
On August 22, 1999, Tony Martin of Emneth, Norfolk, England, killed
one burglar and wounded a second.
In April, 2000, he was convicted and is now serving a life term..
How did it become a crime to defend one's own life in the once great British Empire?
It started with the Pistols Act of 1903.
This seemingly reasonable law forbade selling pistols to minors or felons and
established that handgun sales were to be made only to those who had a license.
The Firearms Act of 1920 expanded licensing to include not only
handguns but all firearms except shotguns..
Later laws passed in 1953 and 1967 outlawed the carrying of any weapon by
private citizens and mandated the registration of all shotguns.

Momentum for total handgun confiscation began in earnest after the Hungerford mass
shooting in 1987.Michael Ryan, a mentally disturbed man with a Kalashnikov
rifle, walked down the streets shooting everyone he saw.
When the smoke cleared, 17 people were dead.
The British public, already de-sensitized by eighty years of "gun control", demanded
even tougher restrictions. (The seizure of all privately owned handguns
was the objective even though Ryan used a rifle.)
Nine years later, at Dunblane, Scotland, Thomas Hamilton used a semi-automatic
weapon to murder 16 children and a teacher at a public school.
For many years, the media had portrayed all gun owners as mentally unstable,
or worse, criminals. Now the press had a real kook with which
to beat up law-abiding gun owners. Day after day, week after week, the media
gave up all pretense of objectivity and demanded a total ban on all handguns.
The Dunblane Inquiry, a few months later, sealed the fate of the few side arms
still owned by private citizens.
During the years in which the British government incrementally took away most gun
rights, the notion that a citizen had the right to armed self-defense came to be seen
as vigilantism. Authorities refused to grant gun licenses to people who were threatened,
claiming that self-defense was no longer considered a reason to own a gun.
Citizens who shot burglars or robbers or rapists were charged while the real criminals were released.
Indeed, after the Martin shooting, a police spokesman was quoted as saying,
"We cannot have people take the law into their own hands."
All of Martin's neighbors had been robbed numerous times, and several
elderly people were severely injured in beatings by young thugs who
had no fear of the consequences. Martin himself, a collector of antiques, had
seen most of his collection trashed or stolen by burglars.
When the Dunblane Inquiry ended, citizens who owned handguns
were given three months to turn them over to local authorities.
Being good British subjects, most people obeyed the law. The few who
didn't were visited by police and threatened with ten-year prison sentences
if they didn't comply.
Police later bragged that they'd taken nearly 200,000 handguns from private citizens.
How did the authorities know who had handguns?
The guns had been registered and licensed.
Kind of like cars. Sound familiar?

WAKE UP AMERICA;
THIS IS WHY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS PUT THE SECOND
AMENDMENT IN OUR CONSTITUTION.

If you think this is important, please forward to everyone you know.
You had better wake up, because the government is doing this very same
thing, over here, if he can get it done .
And there are stupid people in congress and on the street
that will go right along with it

My Dad, My Hero


















My Father, Major Francis A. Bernius enlisted in the US army Air Corp in January 1942, a month after the bombing of Pearl Harbor. He had a young wife of only two years, Married September 12, 1940. He went to war to protect her, his Mother and his Sister and their way of Life. (My Mother and Father were Married 65 years)
When I was growing up, he never spoke of war, he never considered himself a hero, he would simply say, ‘Son, It was my Duty.’
After I was grown, he finally told me his story. He flew B-17s out of Fogie, Italy and bombed Vienna, the Poe Valley and Berlin. New pilots flew a brand new bomber into the war zone, and then it was taken away from them, and they were given planes that had been shot to hell, because green pilots were lost at a rate of one in three. Why lose a new plane.
He flew all 25 Missions, and the extra secret mission all were required to fly (if the live that long). The secret mission was flown at night, at tree top level, very dangerous for a heavy bomber, that’s why it was last, so they had the experience to pull it off, and because their tour of duty was over, they were expendable.
I asked him one time if he was ever scared. He said, yes, before I took off and after I landed, but during the mission, I was too busy to be scared, you just don’t have time for fear, I had too much to deal with. I have learned this is so, in my own life.
His plane was the ‘Adventurous,’ the last mission it flew, when Dad had landed , he said as he got out, that the ground was cold, this seemed strange, so he looked down, and noticed he could see his toes, as he wiggled them. Seems his flight boot and sock had been blown off from flak, he had been so busy trying to get the crippled plane home, he failed to notice, as he was admiring his toes, and the fact they were untouched, he heard the Maintenance Chief say to the lineman, “Pull the tires off of this one, it ain’t going up no more.” ‘Thus the end of the ‘Adventurous.’ Because he had managed to get the blown to hell plane home, he was awarded a new one. He said he never really became attached to the new like he was with the Adventurous. He had gotten it home (the Fogie base) with most of the tail gone on two engines, and one of those was spitting and sputtering. (The B-17 was a four engine heavy bomber). During his entire tour, he kept the same crew, and never lost a man.
I asked him, why did you go into the Air Corp, expecting a lofty answer. He looked at me and asked… “Do you want a lofty answer? Are do you want the truth?’ I said, I think I’m old enough for the truth. His replied, “The truth is, I didn’t mind giving my life for my country, but I didn’t see why I should have to walk to get there.”
After the war, he stayed in the reserves and reached the rank of Major. After sixteen years, they ask him to give up his commission, so it could awarded to another because they were short of Officers for the Viet Nam war, and thought he too old to serve. He gave up his military pension for the war effort, with only four years to go.
He may never have ever considered himself a hero, but he was sure as hell mine.
I Salute the United States Ari Force, and my Father… Major Francis A. Bernius and all the men who served with him. May the Lord have Mercy on their souls.

I salute all the men who served in all branches of our military, and I will fight to the death, that their time, efforts and lives will NOT have been spent in vain. May God Bless you all.
