Declaration of Independence


IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.
The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.
We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Irena Sendler

Irena Sendler
Died: May 12, 2008 (aged 98)
Warsaw, Poland

During WWII, Irena got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist.
She had an ulterior motive.
Irena smuggled Jewish infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried.
She also carried a burlap sack in the back of her truck, for larger kids.
Irena kept a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.
The soldiers, of course, wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.
During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.
Ultimately, she was caught, however, and the Nazi's broke both of her legs and arms and beat her severely.
Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she had smuggled out,
In a glass jar that she buried under a tree in her back yard.
After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived and tried to reunite the family.
Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.
In 2007 Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was not selected.

Later another politician,
Barack Obama, won for his ? extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.? What that gobbledygook means is anybodys guess.

Yes, You're on Your Own





This is a follow up on “The Individual alone is accountable.’


Otherwise you’re on your own…

And that’s what it meant. And if you Starved to death, well too bad about you… The country was yours… with nobody telling you nothing,,, It was up to you… This is why the people came here…. along with a promise to be treated fairly under the law… “In God we Trust.”

I want you to know starvation has never been part of the American experience… There are a few stories, but they were few and far between. Now we went hungry and had lean times, but we didn’t starve…

We never ran around naked; never in our history did we fail to clothes the naked…

Never were the American people at a lack of information. Information flowed freely, by whatever means were available at the times.

Keep in mind the rules… You can’t be stealing from each other…

If you can’t steal from me, then by default, I have the right to possess. I am my own kingdom… I am sovereign. This is the very foundation of capitalism… Thou shall not steal. What’s mine is mine, and what’s yours is yours… and that’s the way it is. Regardless of what that is? That’s the way it is.

 Now, what is the first test of ownership? The ability to sell it or trade it at will. 

Get it… At will… “Life, Liberty & the Pursuit of Happiness. This touches on the second commandment, please refer to my paper    You shall not take the name of your Lord thy God in vain.

Now… With all men equal under the law…???... This had a profound effect… Because the highest ranking person in the country was the Patriarch… The head of the family… Each man was sovereign…  This was in recognition of the first commandment….

For under the God, on which we base our law, under this God alone, you are sovereign.  

And the commandment, Honor thy father and thy mother… Establishing the family (woman) as the foundation of the culture

Now, are you beginning to see, the American philosophy, the American Ideals are rooted in logic, in truth… That’s why they worked… They have a foundation, they stand on bedrock… Something on which any man could build. In one word, ‘Freedom…’ as defined not by man, but by God… An unshakable definition in the contract with the people, government administers to the Law, but is not the Law… The Law is above man… 

The second test of ownership, are you willing to defend it…

Do you really own something if you’re not willing to claim it, record it and defend it? Who do you trust to insure this ownership? The power of government lies in the hands of the people, because the people are the government… And if this not be the case? The people have the right to correct it. All men are equal under the law. Not under the majority, under the law. Including ministers of the law. Thus you have the right, without question… to own and bear arms…  Because your security is your business… Do you know who’s watching the wall? Really..? Never give up your guns, God gave you those guns…. Make good use of them…

You can’t be murdering each other… But… It is not government’s role to protect you… It is government’s role to hold the murderer accountable. You murder somebody, we murder you back… Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth… Who is government? You… You deal with problems locally… You hunted him down…You hung him…. In your courts… and you recorded it…

But what about mistakes???

What about them? “In God we trust.” We are who we are… Liberty is dangerous… Nobody ever points that outs… Remember… True liberty, is the willingness to die for it. If you are not willing to die for your freedom, than you are by default slaves.  “Give me liberty, or give me death…”

Liberty is dangerous… You have to be willing to defend what’s yours… If every man defends what’s his… than every man is defended. So goes the country…. This is what brought us peace within our boarders…

You can’t be fucking our wives and raping ours daughters. The woman is the building block of family and community… She is a man’s prize, pride and inspiration. She is kingdom… She is what we defend. Why? Because she is a gift from God to man… She is worth defending.

Lie at your own risk… The very bedrock of the American Judicial Ideal is, “You shall not bear false witness,” for “In God we trust.” Without this central idea… Without God as foundation of law…Justice can not be found… Truth above all else, should prevail… And if you be caught lying..? Well… Justice delayed is justice denied.

Don’t hustle a buck a Sunday… Don’t be anal about it… Just don’t hustle a buck on a Sunday… We used to close down on Sunday in honor of God, “In God we Trust” who is the foundation of American freedom… A day when the whole country can take a breath… and each kingdom say… “Lord, grant me another week.” And from Sunday to Sunday we lived and built a nation… Don’t hustle a buck on a Sunday… 

Don’t be pissin’ & moanin’ ‘bout what the other fellow has…(This is the very bedrock of happiness, if you can find this place, it means you have come to terms with who and what you are, and you are satisfied and pleased with what God has done and is doing for you in your life). The Pursuit of Happiness… Liberty.

So… Indeed in this country you are on your own, and food, sleep and sex are your responsibility, and in return… you were sovereign.

So you see the American Ideal is rooted in “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth…”   This God is the authority behind our law, the foundation of our traditions. We are a representative republic, not a democracy.  This is a fact no one is willing to admit to today… and I wonder why? For “In God we trust.”

If you believe in the lie of Evolution and deep time, then you have none of the above. You are not an American…

Women A Lost Identity




Women; A lost identity…

Our women, you gals out there, have been lied to. No if’s, No and’s and No but’s.

In 1920 women won the vote.

With the help and encouragement of the Republican Party, in the late fifties and early sixties, the blacks became a voting force. What happened? The Democratic Party moved in, bought them off and turned them into a voting block.  Now, doesn't that kind of sum up the battle?

I reiterate, in 1920 Women won the Vote. Not the Democratic Party, not the Republican Party, Women. Who voted to give them the vote??? Hummm…??? Men… It was all men. Men who represented the men who ran this country. And who was it did this??? Women… Real, honest to God, women…  

Now don’t you think somebody would have moved in and tried to make you a voting block? But women have a sixth sense, and they can spot a scoundrel.

Then came the feminist, and instead of trying to buy you, they said ‘We will Empower you.’ And they did, by turning you into men, thus stripping you of all your power as a woman, (Including your sixth sense, which they told you was a myth).  The power that won women the vote…

Girls, girls everywhere; but too many men and not enough women.

You can’t change nature… But screw with it enough, and you’re extinct.

America, we need our women back, you are our reason and inspiration. You are why we want to be prosperous, you are why we are willing to fight, and in you we find our earthly motivation to be free.

Remember, it was woman who won the vote…

Girls, The Joy of the World



This essay may seem a little strange, and perhaps on a subject many may see as taboo. Girls. Or girf’s as Carly Shaw would say.

This essay is going to be long, with a number of videos. I request that you view the videos, even if they bore you, hopefully by the end they won’t. Try your best to view them with an opened mind and an open heart, without judgment on what they are wearing or not wearing, or how they move. I did not shoot these video’s, I did not choose the dress, pick the music or lay out the choreography. Some I choose to make a point, others just for the experience.

Anyone who has viewed my profile knows I am a Catholic, and as a Catholic it is impossible for me to have such a discussion without God being the foundation and fabric of the whole. I do not claim to speak for the Church, nor do I represent this essay as teachings of the Church. Instead, with the teachings of my mother and the actions of my father and a reflection of what I have been taught as a Catholic, these are my conclusions.

So in order to lay foundation for an honest talk about girls, we must get an idea of who the woman is.

Let us start at the beginning. (1-26) God created man in his image; in the divine image he created them; male and female he created them. Now it is obvious that he did not create us equal, he created us male and female. But, as to the authority bestowed upon them. Dominion over the birds of the air, the fish in the sea, and all the things that relate to this, he gave to man and woman both. Now I feel the first story of creation was told to make it clear to the reader that God created everything and that he created it from nothing, that is to say, he willed it, and so it was. I think he used the format of seven days because he wanted man to keep track of time, a format we use to this day. Why do you suppose he wanted us to keep track of time?
 


This is a destiny you cannot escape, make friends with it, this is not the way it was meant to be, but this is the way it is! Notice, what do you see, the name of the person and the day they were born and the day they died. Time!!! Your life is made of time!!

Now let us take a look at the second story of creation, (2-18) I feel this story of creation is to make it clear to the reader that we were made personally by God, regardless of what we may learn about the earth and it’s history, mankind was created personally. Now if you listen to the story, ‘remember; words mean things,’ God is the creator and therefore outranks man, (the creation can not out rank the creator), and if you follow the logic of the story, woman is a gift from God to man. Therefore, equal in spirit, but as human beings a man outranks his wife, not women, his wife (a gift can not out rank the recepeant).  But, don’t fret about this idea that your husband outranks you; God knows what he is doing.
Now, where does a gift from God belong? And should it be respected? Remember, this gift is very likely as smart as you are, and perhaps at times even smarter.
Remember from the story, you (the male) are made of clay, she on the other hand, is made of flesh and bone. Right there is a huge difference, which I believe explains a lot about the nature of a woman, to include the sixth sense, which I believe women have, and in recent generations, have been cheated of.
Now, let us take a look at some of things we know.
What did God write about woman, (Proverbs 31-10). Seems God thinks woman to be of great value, considering the great value she brings to her husband. And everyone knows ‘A man is King of his Castle – But a woman rules the roost’.
What else do we know, well we know the Angles have addressed men throughout the bible, and always in such a way that would led you to believe Angles outrank men. Example, When the Angle Gabriel came to Zechariah to announce the birth of John, Zechariah rebuffed him and said, ‘I am an old man, my wife an old woman, how can this be?’ And if you remember, Gabriel became indignant and struck Zechariah dumb, saying in effect, ‘ who do you think you are! You doubt me, Gabriel, who stands in attendance of God, you crummy little human being,’ Zappp!!! He’s dumb, for nine months, until the child (John the Baptist) was born, and Zechariah’s first words after nine months were,’ and his name will be called John.’ Yes, Angles outrank human beings.
But let us consider how that same Angle, Gabriel, addressed Mary when he came to announce the birth of Jesus. “Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women”. Now who sounds like they are of higher rank? Mary? I think so. The only human being I know (outside of Jesus) who outranks Angles. Why? Because she is the Queen of Heaven. By default of who she is, she is the mother of Jesus, and if Jesus is King and unmarried, then by default, his mother is Queen. Now think about this, if we are going to believe that we are children of God, then by default, the women are Princesses. Think about that.
You Catholics, consider for one moment what an absolute joy it must have been to know Mary, the Mother of God as a girl. That’s right, God’s own Mother, the Queen of heaven started as a girl.
Now, if you read my essay, “Yes, I a male chavinist,’ I show how this manifest itself in our lives and the structure of culture.



My mother liked being a woman, she like the power that came with it, and she knew how to use it. Once when I was about five years old, mom wanted a new refrigerator, but dad insisted the old one ran fine. So mom, knowing dad, instead of arguing with him, painted the old refrigerator bright gold, I got to help. It looked grand. Being sixty now and looking back, I’ll bet it was a monstrosity and shortly after that, we had a new refrigerator. Mom knew what she was doing.

Now where do such women come from? Women on whom you can build a great culture, like the Greeks, the Romans, the English?

They come from girls. My mother loved being a girl, she told me all about it, and the great joy that is was. This is key; if women are the gift, then girls are the joy. Girls (created in the likeness and image of Almighty God) are the joy of the world, no if’s, no ands, no buts.  

This paper began with stirrings in my gray matter about 1994, I was well into my forties, running a store in a Mexican flea market. I always had a color TV for sale, and of course it was always tuned to Univision because of who was looking at it.

I came in one morning and turned on the TV and this is what I saw.

A strange thing happened, I was entertained. My spirits were lifted and I felt good about the world. I don’t even speak Spanish. I wasn’t sure why I was entertained, my first response was, ‘you’re a dirty old man if you like this,’ but yet, I’m not, that wasn’t it. But the truth is; I was entertained. I became a fan of the show and during its run, not only was I entertained; I studied it carefully in an effort to understand why I was entertained.

As time went on and I continued to watch the show, the things my mother had tried so hard to teach me began to emerge. Things we use to celebrate in earlier generations.

This is from the generation who fought and won WWII. There was always room for the girl and time to admire her and appreciate her. After all, she is the bud that will become the flower, and then a brick in the cultural wall.


If you ever saw the movie, ‘Meet me in St. Louis,’ then you know it was a romance, but the sheer joy in the movie was provided by Margret O’Brian. She lifts the spirits and heightens the emotional character of the entire film, simply because of who she was, the girl.


Now if God is our foundation and fabric, then we can’t over look Satan. If Christ is real, than Satan is real. Why does Satan hate the human race so much and is determined to destroy it? Because Christ offered us a path to redemption, an offer unavailable to the fallen angels, Satan is already defeated and doomed along with his cohorts.

So Satan is envious of our redemption, but also of our physical being and the reality which goes along with it. We have the joy of being spiritual beings as well as human beings. There are many pleasures available to us which are directly related to the physical reality, like eating, drinking, sleeping, smell, touch, sex and most important, a foundation on which we ourselves can create, the earth and all that’s in it.

Christ said, ‘With man, nothing is possible, but with God all things are possible.’ Has this not proven to be so? Any and everything we have though up, we find what is necessary to make it so, right here in this abundant creation of God’s.

And what is this abundant creation? Contrast. Everything contrasts everything else. You can’t have day without night, you can’t have black without white. Happiness means nothing without sadness, struggle, grief. There is no laughter if there is no crying.  Without despair, there is no joy. Without the male there is no female.

God created us with a balance, (and the two shall be as one, (duhhh.. the children)), man who is made of clay, who is hard, earthy, with his roots deep in the soil that supports him and yields to him, and woman, who is made of flesh and bone, one who is soft, even tempted, a willing servant, a peace maker, a foundation of creation herself, and who can soften the clay and help mold it, care for it, comfort it and inspire it. (She’s really quite the gift).

Now if Satan wants to destroy man, then he needs only to upset this balance. If he can confuse and distort the identity of the man and the woman, or remove woman from the picture, then man will destroy himself. If Satan can steal the joy of the world, then despair will fill that void.

This is just a little girl on the beach, observe her, this is joy bubbling over onto the world around her. Look at her, she is the flower, she wants to be look at and admired, her only desire, to be pleasing, it’s who she is. She is made of flesh and bone.


The little boy on the other hand, will act silly and want attention, but for the most part, wants to play in the dirt. It’s who he is… Let the little boys play in the dirt and let the little girls, be girls.

If you take a close look at what you’ve built, the woman is behaving so much like a man, and so many men acting like girls, how can you tell the different?

Your toys are so abundant and so fascinating, you don’t see each other anymore, you don’t see your kids, you’re staring into a computer, television or a phone. You are distracted.

The beauty of the mating dance, regardless of culture or era, was immortalized in literature. I don’t even see one anymore? How do boys and girls get together? What? With all the cops, lawyers, suits, right down to the first grade, ‘Johnny Kiss me and I’m going to sue!’ 

Everybody’s a dirty old man; you can’t even look at a girl. One false move and you are labeled. It is dangerous to enjoy a girl, who does this sound like to you? If not Satan. Who would want them ignored and shunned, molested and abused, left unattended out of fear to be overgrown and choked off by weeds. To think only of the pleasure of sex, never considering the great potential of creation there in your own hands. The sheer power she gives you, that God gives you.

This following clip made for quite a stir, lots of people yelling about how obscene this was. Child porn I heard it called. (So be cautious)


Let me tell you what I saw. I saw five beautiful little girls give it their best shot. I saw hours worth of work and sore feet and hurt feelings and gallons of tears, and after all that suffering, they got up on that stage and dance that well, for me (considering I’m the audience at this moment), and I ‘m going to say that’s somehow nasty? Who do these people think they are? What are their true motives?

We started out in fig leaves, they’re girls, that’s who they are; they are the joy of the world.

If all you saw was sex, if you thought that was somehow nasty, then Satan has stolen your joy. Because what was actually on that stage was the future, the buildings blocks of a nation, showing you with all their sinew, their beauty, their strength, their ability to work with others, their ability to learn, to count, to understand music, to communicate. Do you think joy is hollow? Joy from God is never hollow. You speak about the depths of despair, have you forgotten the heights of joy? Look at what’s right in front of you.

Not only does she have the voice of an angel, consider all the practice, all the heartache, all the tears and suffering that went into that moment. Notice how well she stood there and accepted the praise and admiration, how honest she was, and even when she bust into tears and cried for the world to see, she held her ground gracefully. She was ten. Rare is the occasion I see this kind of strength among my fellow men.

The bald guy said, ‘She’s a child?’ At the end the judges were truly amazed, not only with her, but with the response of the audience. I have to wonder why? Could it be because they ignore what’s right in front of them, and when a girl makes it all the way to Big Brother, they are overwhelmed?  Do they not understand who she is? The Joy of the world. It’s on this kind of foundation you can build a great culture. This clip goes a long ways to making my point. The great response to her was because of the great joy she brought to them. A natural thing, something we should be filled with. Instead we are filled with other people’s tragedies, the troubles of the world, doom, despair and play with our distractions so we don’t think about it.

Then something like this comes along, lifts your spirits and makes you fell good about the world, and it feels strange, somehow foreign, somehow??? and you change the channel.

Indeed she is foreign, she is from Russia. The reason I choose a few foreign films was hopefully you would not speak the laugange, girls don’t need laugange to be girls, they just are. Look at her, let her sing to you, you’ll be amazed at what she communcates, joy will flow from her. Remember that, when listening to a girl, words aren’t always important. She has a sixth sense. You need only to get to know her.

They will protect you, if you get to know your daughters, and teach them, and cultivate them, they will fight to the death for you. These are the bricks on which you build a culture. Girls, not some gender neutral equal partner. Do not judge her on what she’s wearing or the sexy way she dances; consider instead the creature that is capable of doing this. Yes she’s sexy, yes she’s young, she’s a girl!!! Cultivate her, teach her, rear her, love her, support her, but let her be a girl. Quit trying to change nature, instead give them an outlet. Give the young a mating dance, give them an avenue to get to know each other and appreciate each other. Think about that, it’s nature; it’s the way God made it. Perhaps as many as 2,500 girls a day are being sacrificed to Satan, he has you not only killing the joy of the world, but your reason to be free, and where there is no reason, there is no will.

Christ said, ‘It would be better for a mill stone to be place around your neck and you tossed into the sea, least you corrupt such as these.’ Referring to the children.  Do not molest them or corrupt them, instead appreciate them, admire them, protect them and let them bring the ‘Joy of God’ into your life.

Where's Your Compass?



You bunch of bleeding heart, whining, Dumb-Asses

You know I don’t understand this sometimes, There’s one fellow, maybe two, selling communism, a couple teaching Capitalism, a mess of you screaming on about liberty, a few selling god, this god, and that god, and the other god! Come on people, get a life. 

Don’t you understand these things by now!!! You all act like there is some great understanding here, some great solution, if only. Well, if I only had money? There is no great secret. I am who I am. We are who we are. 

We can’t go around saving each other, it can’t be done. We can help, we can lead, we can serve, but in the end…. That’s all we can do. They have got you sold on some kind of guilt trip that is just plain Crap!!! This guy got more than that guy… Whine!!! There’s more of them than there is of me… Whine!!! That bank charges less than my bank… Whine!!! Wal-Mart makes to much money… Whine!!! It’s all bull-shit!!! So…. what? It’s always been like that… Always… 

It's the nature of man... It's the way it was made... Life is contrast, you can't have white, if you don't have black, You can't have a medium, if you don't have a large and small, you can't have a man, if you don't have a female, you can't have beauty, if you don't have ugly , You don't have the rich, if there are no poor,and you can't have the joy of life, if you don't have the tragedy of death,  for one defined the other. It is the recognition of this truth that leads to an understanding and appreciation of life as a whole,

You have nothing to feel guilty about, unless you’ve done something sure enough. They're ten commandments, which one's have you broken? Fix it and move on.  But don’t let the TV make you feel guilty, or the radio, or the newspaper, maybe not even your preacher, depending on what he’s telling you, and you should know what he’s  suppose to be telling you. Don’t go around feeling guilty. My mother had an ole saying, 'Don't believe anything you hear and half of what you see...'  

You know what’s wrong with you people, you have forgotten your philosophy, and it’s like a compass, and here you are lost in the wood, with voices all around you, calling to you, pulling you this way and that, and here…? You don’t have a compass. Shame… Shame… Now I know a lot of you think you have a philosophy, some of them short cute phrases. Some of them quotes from this guy or that, but have you ever sat down and strung it altogether into a line of logic?  Have you ever sat down and followed the founding father's line of logic and tried to understand ,what they understood. 

I hear you quote, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine, Ben Franklin, Patrick Henry even Jesus Christ, but they acted, and those who heard these inspiring words acted, they brought their words to life in the way they lived and the way they affected the world. Why? Because they believed the things they said, they understood the line of logic they espoused, the ideal of individual sovereignty. They knew how it applied to God, to their neighbor, and most important, to themselves.

Their fortunes were not the most important objective, for King George II was not asking for that much money (something like two or three cents). To them, the objective was self determination; sovereignty. ‘The right for a man to live for his own sake.’ (Ayn Rand) For only under these conditions can a man give his life to God, or not. Only under these conditions can a man reach his full potential, or not. Only under these conditions can a man choose a woman and build a family, a dynasty, a legacy, a tradition, or not. This is what made America great, this is the great tradition of who we are, not the wealth, the wealth I promise is incidental, or as my father use to say ‘ just reward for doing what is right.’ 

If you claim to be Christian, as I do. If you claim the ‘Prince of Peace,’ to be your God, remember Christ said, ‘Do not be mistaken, I have not come to sow peace, instead I have come to sow division, to set father against son, mother against daughter, nation against nation.’ Also recall that he picked up a stick and cleared the temple, I repeat, he cleared the temple. Not because he was angry, not because he was mean, but because it needed to be done. You can't have peace, if you don't have war. 

Again, this is a clarion call, stand up and do, what needs to be done. ©

What is Liberty?


Liberty? Someone tweeted what is liberty? If you read my blog, than you know I’ve said, girls = liberty. And that’s true. 

Liberty. What is liberty? Have we forgotten what liberty is? 

God is liberty. That simple. 

Don’t let anyone tell you this is not a Christian Nation, the philosophy of the Christian Tradition, which is rooted in the Jewish tradition, leads to liberty. Why? Because the truth works. 

There are three basic motivating factors, food, sleep and sex. Keep that in mind, very important. Now, consider all the wild animal shows you watch on big brother, and how vicious the wild world is. It’s tough to make a living, it just is. It’s kill or be killed. It run for you life, till you can’t run no more, then somebody eats you. That’s the way it is. The laws of evolution (?), it’s the way it works. Those animals are at liberty. Get it. 

Now, man is by nature a social creature, so he is going to be drawn together in groups. Groups, or on his own, has to provide for food sleep and sex. This isn’t easy in a wild world, with all the fussing and fighting and regardless, the stronger would prevail. That’s the laws of evolution (?), that’s the way they work. That’s liberty. 

Now God set us on a path contrary to the law of evolution and gave us a set of rules, which if obeyed, provides for food, sleep and sex. In other words, a man is at liberty to do as he chooses, because he will choose goodness, over himself. Not always an easy thing to do, but when practiced, leads to liberty and prosperity. Quite a different picture from the liberty of the wild kingdom. Either way you’re free, what’s it going to be? Consider these rules…..     

I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shall have no other gods before me. 

By revealing himself to us as the one true God, we are by default empowered, which in turn brings peace of mind. Empowered because we understand that we answer to no one except God; therefore you cannot enslave me because I belong to the one true God, and I cannot serve his greater Glory if I am enslaved. Nor shall I be molested or led astray because God has shone me the way, and no other, regardless of rank can change that which God has put in place, thus God gives me rank over the wicked. If I can adhere to this teaching, I am granted purpose and meaning in my life, to seek and serve him who has created me and has revealed himself to me. And with these things in place, I can’t help but have peace of mind, for what else can matter? I am given authority to be alive, to protect myself and be my own person.   

You shall not carve idols for yourselves in the shape of anything in the sky above or on the earth below or in the waters beneath the earth: you shall not bow down before them or worship them. For I, the Lord, your God, am a jealous God, inflicting punishment for their fathers’ wickedness on the children of those who hate me, down to the third and fourth generation, but bestowing mercy down to the thousandth generation, on the children of those who love me and keep my commandments. 

This one is tuff, and can be confusing if not approached properly. First of all it has nothing to do with figurines, statues, stain class windows or any of these things, and if you follow me, I’ll show you why. First let us take at look at these things, statues, figurines, paintings, stain glass. The ability to create such things is a great talent, with a compulsive desire to create. We can only assume this talent is a gift from God. So the question arises, why would God give to man a compulsive desire to create such things? Well, one reason the Church offers up is: this ability is a form of language, to communicate things that otherwise would not be communicated. Art is a language, no different than music, math and linguistics. While linguistics tends to be confined to a particular culture or peoples, art and music tend to be universal. Artwork was used extensively by the early Church to communicate the life of Christ to people whose language was different from those teaching. It was also used to tell the gospels stories among people who couldn’t read. This commandment played a big part in forming the way the Hebrews looked at and responded to the world around them. God didn’t say you couldn’t have a figurine, he said you (sin is personal) could not make it an idol, which is an abstract idea, thus introducing the Jews to the abstract, the beginning of creative and critical thinking. But in a larger sense, when the world became an overwhelming experience, because of rising water in a flood, a volcanic eruption, an earthquake, a tornado, a large meteor from the sky, what ever was to come along, the Jews could be sure it wasn’t God, it was part of God’s creation, but God was bigger and beyond whatever it was. (Geneses 1.1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth). With this idea in place, it can be concluded that all things belong to God, and therefore unfold according to God’s plan, a single plan, one God. Without the fear of false gods or idols to hinder you, or limit your thinking: this plan could be understood with a study of the truth, thus the birth of the modern idea of science. Plainly said, it simply forces us to think big! 

You shall not take the name of your Lord thy God in vain.

Just what does this mean, vain: 1. without real significance, value or importance. In other words, without knowing you said it, where there is no thought of God. When I was seven, my father bought me a BB gun and gave it to me with a few rules. One of these rules were “you can’t shoot song birds, if I catch you shooting song birds, it’s your ass.” Well I learned one bird from another because when my Dad said it’s your ass, I knew what he meant, and I knew he meant it! At the time I thought Dad liked songbirds, but I’m a grown man now and my Dad is dead. He didn’t give a damn about a song bird, I know that now, he wanted to make sure that I always knew what was in my sights before I pulled the trigger. In the same way God, by denying us the use of his name without cause, which he finds offensive, has demanded we be present to who we are, what we say and what we do. That we be actors in this life and not spectators. That we be true to thy own self.   

Now lets develop this Idea a little, this means you are created in such a way, as to be present, anytime you’re conscience, if you choose to be. This is a very important concept here, because it brings into play the idea of the will.  What is the will? The will is the conscience’s power over the body. The conscience is confirmed because it can choose contrary to the way it feels. Thus the will exists because the conscience exists.  Now consider this for a moment, look at the world of mammals, or animals, no were among them do you fine one that can choose contrary to the way it feels. It’s how they work, it is what makes them work and respond to the world around it. They are hard wired. If you want to change an animal’s behavior, you change the way he feels. Yet, among human beings alone is behavior observed contrary to the way the creature feels, and indeed, encourages their young to act contrary to the way they feel. Thus, this is the witness to the will, which in turn is wittiness to the conscience. Now this is very basic, and very simple, you have to consider it for yourself.  Now you might say, well?  All the commandments, cause you to know what you are doing, to be present, yes I agree, but!  The second commandment addresses this idea at the very level of the being, the place in the mind were who and what you are manifest itself into language, where it can be spoken, are not. This is where the human being exists, where the gray mass comes forth into language in such away it can be understood by the conscience, and the conscience of others, if spoken. This is the very core of your being, and the second commandment demands you be present, at the guard at all times.  Liberty  

 Remember to keep holy the Sabbath. 

God wants a relationship, with you. Once a week you’re invited into his house. Not you neighbor, not the holy people in the front row, you. These laws are personal, like your relationship with God, personal. Ya have a whole day, once a week to think about God. How do you think about God? Well you can go to Church, and I recommend it. But consider during the day, if God created everything as we see, hear, smell, taste and touch it. Then you have to admit, God’s quite an artist. And how do you know an artist, you study his work, look at it with awe and marvel, and be grateful you got to see such a thing as this, and spend the day with him. The amount of time this created to contemplate larger things, leads to larger things. Growth in oneself. Liberty  

Honor Thy father and thy mother, that your days maybe long upon the earth.

(If you notice, the gift is attached, “that your days maybe long upon the earth.”)  I also look at this and see the foundations of the Patriarch and the Matriarch, thus creating rank and structure in the family, which spills over into the community, and into the nation. Empowering parents to educate their children, thus creating the idea and practice of collective knowledge.        

Think about that. This is the foundation of all education. And you might think it’s aimed at the youth, but indeed both, because the default is, parent’s be worthy. And we all know, understanding leads to liberty.   

You shall not kill.

This is the foundation of the sanctity of life. You can’t kill me because God says you can’t, this makes me special to God. Thus I am sacred. Now just when was it I became sacred, and when exactly do I stop being sacred? The original Hebrew word refers to murder: You can not kill out of conveyances. But if ones lives by the sword, than one dies by the sword. That is to say, you have the right to defend your life and what’s yours. Liberty.   

You shall not commit adultery.

By default, if you keep this commandment, you have the foundation of the family; you have the foundation of trust, because if you can’t trust the one you’re sharing a bed with, children with, then who can you trust? With whom can you do business? Form alliances? Trust begins in marriage and indeed is the cornerstone of marriage. Fidelity helps keep the family free of disease, and this extends into the community. Fidelity goes along way to keeping peace within a community. The family is the foundation of many communities, companies, and nations. Without the family you have tyranny. Marriage defines who’s having sex with whom, and whose kids are whose. . It establishes a branch, with a history and tradition of collective knowledge and wisdom which can be passed on and added to. Sex, being a primary motivator, and if women are recognized as the gift they are, leads to liberty.   

Thou shall not steal. 

This is the foundation of free enterprise. Simply by denying us the right to steal, by default, you have the right to possess. To trade, if you can trade, you can build wealth and trade it for wealth others have built, and thus you can grow as a community, as a nation. Jesus said ‘give to the poor,’ you cannot give what you do not possess. Everything we possess comes from obedience to this commandment. And you have the right to defend what is yours because if you are not willing to defend it, is it really yours? Liberty and prosperity.    

Thou shall not bear false witness. 

This is the foundation of law, of justice. You cannot have justice without truth, if you are not willing to witness to the truth, then how can you have justice, and of what use is law. One is depended upon the other. Liberty   

Thou shall not covet thy neighbor goods, harvest, ass, house, nor his wife.

This is the very bedrock of happiness, if you can keep this commandment, it means you have come to terms with who and what you are, and you are satisfied and pleased with what God has done and is doing for you in your life). Liberty.   

Now do you want to spend your time consumed with envy, worrying about what your neighbors have and you do not, what you could be and what you are not. Do you want to spend your time looking over your shoulder because you are a liar, a cheat, a thief, a killer, and the people you offended are hunting you down like a dawg, with a price on your head, with no regard for your life. Do you want to spend your time worrying about the man who’s wife you abused or running from women who blame their children on you, or spend your time dripping with disease. Do you want to spend your time learning everything you need to know from scratch, with no thought of teaching you, or helping you, to spend your time without the love and admiration of one’s parents; of ones’ children? Do you want to spend your time working at your task, with no break, with no time for family, community, or rest? Do you want to spend your time looking for and trying to satisfy all the gods the world has put up for you to admire and pay tribute. Do you want to spend your time in fear of displeasing these strange gods and having their wrath rain down upon you, because you don’t know who they are, or what to do to please them, to spend your time in hopelessness, because these gods offer you nothing beyond your grave?   Yes, I do believe these Ten Commandments were indeed gifts. If you walk thru a cemetery and look at the tombstones, what do you find? The day a person was born, and the day they died, that’s what you find. A person’s life is made of time, that’s all you have. If you consider the time, that simple obedience to these commandments free up, your God has truly given you the path to liberty.   ©
